No Nonsense Muscle Building: A Common Worry About Resting
on July 28th, 2011 at 6:04 am
Vince DelMonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building plan addresses a common concern about post workout resting, and that is many people think too much resting will make you fat instead of tone. Those with skinny genes have this concern, because, unlike people with low metabolism, they eat anywhere from five to eight meals a day to gain weight. If you are eating the wrong types of meals that have too much fat in them, and not working out at the appropriate intensity, then gaining fat will occur. If you take care to calculate the exact proteins and fat you will need to consume in one day, and you are working out intensely, then resting is not a problem. Resting is necessary when working on gaining muscle mass because it allows the muscles to recover and heal, and will use new tissue to cover up the tears you received while working out. This results in the building of muscle tissue and the better form that you are striving for.
